Your shop's numbers, in a real database
This page runs a real PostgreSQL database right in your browser, loaded with 90 days of sample data for a small pizza shop. Tap a report to see the results, a chart and the exact SQL behind it, or write your own query.

How your data flows
Sales, scans and purchasing all feed one database. Reports, alerts and your accounting all come from it. Prices are what each company charges you directly (list prices, checked Oct 2026).

SQL console
This is real Postgres. Try a sample or write your own query. Press Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter on Mac) to run. If you change data, “Reset database” puts it back.
Schema
Read live from Postgres's own catalog. 🔑 = primary key; teal columns link to another table.

In a real build
- Hosted Postgres on Supabase (Free $0, Pro from $25/mo with daily backups) or Neon (Free $0, Launch pay-as-you-go $0.106/compute-hour). Our standard Azure plan runs about $14–15/month per business.
- A separate database for every business, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's.
- Daily backups and role-based logins (owner, manager, staff, bookkeeper see only what they should).
- Dashboards in Metabase (open source $0 self-hosted; Cloud Starter $100/mo for 5 users) or Power BI ($14/user/mo).
- QuickBooks Online sync of bills, payments and sales (QuickBooks $38, $85 or $140/mo from Intuit; our sync uses Intuit's $0 Builder tier).
- “Ask your bot”: plain-English questions like “What did we waste last week?” answered from your own data.
- Start small. When you outgrow it, the tables map to Microsoft Dynamics 365 so you can move up (D365 Finance lists at $210/user/mo).
